About
Chris is a twenty-something so-called self-taught developer who documents his journey of becoming a Renaissance man online.
I studied economics in Hanoi, Vietnam, and self-learned web development during the Covid-19 downtime, landing a job in the tech industry one year before graduating from university.
While recognizing the importance of specialization in my tech career, I couldn’t help but explore a wide range of interests, mostly out of curiosity. It dawned on me that my pursuit was, in essence, an attempt to become a Renaissance man — a polymath, jack of all trades, whatever you may call it.
This blog is my way of documenting that journey. To me, becoming a Renaissance man is a lifelong pursuit—one that will continue as long as there are new things to learn. It’s a long and winding road, but as long as I can find something to explore, I’ll keep learning, growing, and writing about it.
